The Vision

Our client wanted more than a party. They wanted their guests to step through the door and feel transported — to another era, another world, where the champagne flowed, the music swelled, and the night felt like it would never end. We made sure it didn't disappoint.

How We Brought It to Life

The Setting & Styling The 1920s home was already a masterpiece — we simply dressed it to match. Rich art deco details, lush floral arrangements, dramatic draping, and golden accents turned every room into a scene straight from the pages of Fitzgerald himself. Every corner was considered. Every detail, intentional.

Lighting & Production Lighting can make or break a night, and this one deserved to shimmer. We designed a full lighting and production plan that cast a warm, golden glow across the estate — bringing the glamour of the Jazz Age to life as the sun went down and the evening came alive.

Staging & Entertainment At the heart of the evening was a live jazz band that set the tone from the very first note. Guests arrived to the sound of that unmistakable era — soulful, sophisticated, and completely captivating. The staging was designed to make the band a centrepiece, weaving music through every part of the night.

The Food & Drink Experience This was a feast in every sense of the word. We curated a culinary journey that felt as considered as the styling itself — a beautifully presented oyster station, elegant passed canapés, a generous grazing station laden with seasonal produce, and custom cocktails crafted especially for the occasion. Every sip, every bite, a moment in itself.

Custom Cocktails Our signature cocktail menu was designed with the guest of honour in mind — Prohibition-era inspired creations that were as stunning to look at as they were to drink. The perfect conversation starter in the most beautiful glass.

Content Creation We made sure the magic didn't disappear at midnight. Our content capture ensured every carefully crafted detail, every glittering moment, and every genuine smile was documented beautifully — memories the family will treasure for years to come.
